Do I need an account to place an order?

You can order without creating an account. If you choose to create an account you will be able to view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses.

How long will it take to get my package?

We have as a goal to ship your package within 2-3 working days after we have received your order. If you choose Vipps (Norwegians only) as payment method, an order is received after you approved our payment request.

Normal shipping times
Norway 1-4 working days after we have sent your package
EU 2-10 working days after we have sent your package
Rest of the world 7-21 working days after we have sent your package

Delivery times are estimates only and particularly during high season (e.g. Christmas) deliveries may take longer than normal. Delivery time varies depending on where you live. Remember that delivery time might be longer during periods of sales and public holidays.

Shipping

At the moment we use Bring to deliver our parcels. We use Minipakke and Servicepakke. Shipping cost will be calculated during checkout based on your location. Normal delivery time is 1-4 days after we have sent the package

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide via Bring. More information about shipping cost will be calculated during checkout based on your location. We are working on better deals with our supplier to be able to give you better rates. We can recommend that you team with a friend and save on shipping if possible.

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning duties and taxes will be charged by the shipping provider upon delivery to the customer. Payment of the taxes and duties is required to release the order from customs.

Payment Methods

We use Stripe which supports most types of credit cards.

Norwegian customers can also pay with Vipps.
Orders will be on hold to reserve stock for 1 working day, and we will send you a payment request. An order is received after you approved our payment request.

How do I track my order?

A link will be provide to you in your once we have shipped your order.

Return and Exchanges

Contact hautetics.no before returning any items.

You can return the products within 14 days of delivery, that has not been worn, altered, or washed and with all original tags attached. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear.

The return is made at your own cost. To avoid complications mark the package RETURNED GOODS and fill out the return paper that will be sent to you.

Hauteletics.no reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, if merchandise does not comply with our return policy (worn, washed, without tags, outside the 14 day period, etc).

Hauteletics.no does not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange your item(s), please return as outlined above and place a new order.
